Steering sticks and vehicle becomes hard to turn. Will work normally then will stick becoming almost impossible to turn then as you turn it will stick then release then stick then release. Serpentine belt is in new condition. Filled with power steering fluid and not leaking. Belt is not slipping on pulley when occurring. I am bringing to dealership for repair today.
