As the second owner of the vehicle the contact was not sure if this was an after market rag top or not. The vehicle was not inspected. The failure mileage and current mileages were 100,000.
Vehicle has a metal strip on the dashboard making the visibility on the vehicle difficult. The sunshine reflects on that strip, and it causes a distorted glare.
