Air Bag Light On problems of the 2007 Lincoln Zephyr

After receiving a letter in the mail regarding my airbag recall, I brought my vehicle into warren Ford to have the airbags recall resolved. When I picked up my car there was now an airbag light on, on the dash. Prior to having any work done there were no dash lights on. Warren Ford informed us upon request that there is "nothing they are willing to do. " this is an issue because prior to the work being done I had no issues and now there is a light on showing me that there is some type of safety concern now. Since the light wasn't on when we originally brought it to the shop for the airbag recall, there must have been some kind of mistake while they were working on the vehicle. The airbag recall really has nothing to do with the issue now, the issue now is that warren Ford should be held responsible for not fixing/resolving the airbag light issue that is only on since they completed the airbag replacement. This recall work was completed around December of 2018. Warren Ford stated it was not a life threatening concern and told us to bring the car back as soon as it was convenient to have them resolve the light issue. Then when we brought the car back thats when they said theres nothing to be done and they are not responsible to do the work.

Takata recall I took my vehicle to the dealership for airbag recall. When I received my vehicle back, the airbag light was on. They claimed that they did not go near anything that would cause the airbag light to come on and that I would have to pay to have it diagnosed.
