There was a recall on the windows of our Lincoln Zephyr which were being scratched due to a bad fit into the door panels. Our local Lincoln remedied it by doing a 'technical bulletin' on the car. However, it is still doing it and the windows are so scratched you can barely see out of them. This has happened over time. It's my daughters car and I didn't realize how bad it was until I had to drive it. Our local Lincoln dealership suggested we file a complaint with Lincoln corporate but we have been unable to reach them. We paid to have the front drivers and passengers windows replaced just recently but then found out there was a recall for this problem.

I came to a stop on the side of a grocery storeand applied the brake before turning the car off. The next thing I k new the car was headed toward wall. The car hit the wall b with force that employed my air bag. And damaged the front of my car. This is not the only incident I have had with the brakes . I always try to drive a car length from the car in front of me for fear of the brakes malfuncting. . . .

The dash is warping and rising up in the center. This has been going on for years but is now to the point that it affects the defrost flow of air. This means the windshield is frequently fogging over, affecting visibility. I can no longer fully defrost my windshield. Lincoln has refused to fix it at their cost. They want around $5000 to replace it.
