Dashboard on vehicle is warped defroster vent is out windshield does not defrost properly obstructs vision while driving.
The car accelerates and loses speed on side street and highways. This is very dangerous because of loss of speed control.
In car accident on Dec 12, 2019. Upon impact. Severe pain caused from air bag deployment. Myself and my son when both hit in the face. My car was completely totaled due to air bag deployment . My car was turned a little to the right to avoid full blown rear impact coming up over hill. Was on a city street and my steering wheel was broken in half. I am receiving recall on air bags 40 days after accident occurred. My car was a total loss. I have been driving a rental at cost to me for almost 6 weeks now.
Takata recall we need this issue fixed. Airbags are so important and small children are transported in this car.
Garage kept, low mileage, well taken care of. Dash board is warping, seems to be a common problem with this Lincoln.
Takata recall. On the passenger side airbag deflated. Light stays on in my car constantly.
Air bag light came on. Had it diagnosed and fault according to code was b229015 fault ppt d1 to d3 rhs front sensor not reading properly need to replace inboard and outboard rhs front rails this vehicle has hardley ever had a front passenger in the front seat and there is no way that these rails should or could be damaged or bent causing the sensor not to read. This is a defective and or inferior rail system.
This car has a engine and transmission from a Ford fusion, its shifting violently and is not safe. The transmission built for this vehicle is very poor craftsmanship and no recall was made. Several vehicles have been affected by the lack of quality control at Ford.
The dash board of the vehicle is severely warped, I have been told this is very common with this year model. The warp is at the defrost vent as well at the front of the dash above the clock. The warp is a safety concern, as defrost does not work as it should due to the warping. Door handle (specifically drives side at this time) will not open from the inside. You have to roll down the window or have someone else open the door from the outside. This is also a safety concern, as in case of emergencies you cannot open the door to exit the vehicle.
Have a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr and the dashboard has become terribly warped which has caused my window defroster to not operate properly. This is suppose to be a luxury car and the dashboard is an intricate part that houses the instrument panel. Lincoln/Ford should recall these vehicles and fix the problem plastic door handles are breaking on all doors. Window rolls up and down scratchy.
I have a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr and the dashboard has become terribly warped which has caused my window defroster to not operate properly. This is suppose to be a luxury car and the dashboard is an intricate part that houses the instrument panel. Lincoln/Ford should recall these vehicles and fix the problem. So far the only other problem I've experience was with the steering which was repaired under my warranty.
The front dashboard is continually peeling up. It has become warped and I'm afraid it may completely peel up while I'm driving. I wholeheartedly feel that these automobiles should be recalled and the problem dealt with appropriately. Lincolns are suppose to be upscaled american luxury cars so how do they produced such a car with mediocre workmanship? I've priced new front dashboards and they can range in the $1200-$1500 range, used $300-$400 without installation. I love my Lincoln but this is unacceptable. Someone needs to address this problem before someone dies!.
