Rear end collision while stopped at light. Uncertain of striking vehicle speed. Mazda rear crumpled sufficient to distort rear door frames. Both front seat mechanisms released and occupants were layed out flat. Only two occupants in car, approximately 225 lbs. Each. Minor neck injuries (muscle pull?) resulted.

Driver was reaching in rear of vehicle & the driver's seat collapsed backwards. The lever failed to remain locked in place. Driver temporarily lost visibility. Taken vehicle to dealer's.
Drivers seat belt catches on seatback reclining mechanism, causing seatback to release unexpectedly during operation of vehicle. This complaint was previously reported as odi reference 885954, and problem is still occurring. Dealership has examined vehicle numerous times, but has beeb unable to effectively remedy the problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
