Wheel Problems of Mazda 626

D&m autobrokers sold me a "death trap" vehicle that could not pass deq emissions testing. Multiple things kept going wrong, and the dealership had many opportunities to fix the issues. Eventually, all the issues with the vehicle and the numerous lies I was being fed were too overwhelming, I gave the vehicle back to the dealership and made a deal with gold acceptance finance company as well as the dealership d&m autobrokers for d&m autobrokers to purchase the loan back from gold acceptance and pay it off in full. This agreement was written and signed as well as a verbal agreement and understanding. The dealership made one payment that initially paid off half of the balance of the loan, and then decided to not pay the loan off in full at all, or send a single payment. My credit is now in the danger zone, they still have at least $3000 owed on the loan, and they are now claiming their out of business. I have complained to all the credit bureau's as well as the department of justice. Gold acceptance has been so wonderful in leading me in the right direction as well as providing help to get this taken care of. I do need this complaint to go through. This dealership has par-taken a role in my unemployment, as well as endangering my daughters and my life, as well as horrify my credit. Engine check light and battery light came on, came on five times, the first time dealer replaced broken idler pulley belt bolt, second time dealer replaced alternator, third time dealer replaced ignition switch, fourth time transmission range sensor was replaced, and fifth time clutch pedal switch was replaced, at this time engine check light is on again. Consumer states when the vehicle was driven off the lot the first day, there was a horrific screeching noise from the right front wheel, consumer assumed that it was a new car noise and it would eventually go away, consumer was inforemd that something had slipped in the wheel area, over the next two weeks consumer complained to the dealer that vehicle was making an extremly loud thumping noise, the problem was diagnosed as the freon system which was then flushed and then refilled to the correct level, which was done to take out the air bubbles in the air condition line, also the air condition was blowing hot air, the center console would not latch, numerous componets were replaced on the vehicle due to the engine light coming on and the problem still exists.

Took to dealership 4 x. Said nothing wrong cause they didn't hear it. Should I hire a mechanic to get report or tape record the noise? won't drive it much (can't take it on trip), cause there is something wrong w/wheels. Dealership said re recall on wheels, nothing wrong didn't need fixed.
