The electrical system shut down while I was driving, turning off air conditioner, radio, interior lights, and turn indicator. The dash lit up abs, airbag, and cruise control indicators. When I stopped, I turned off the engine and turned the key to power without starting engine and found the electrical working again. I tried driving again and the electrical system worked for a short time and went off again. When it first happened, I was driving straight on a city street.

Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Mazda b404. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 17v806000(air bags) however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The dealer ( smail Mazda 724-900-2116) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. Jc.
