One problem related to brake disc rotor has been reported for the 2000 Mazda B2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On 5/7/01,the truck was returned to Mazda due to shimmying/vibration when brakes applied. Rotors had warped. Truck had 22177 miles at this time. On June 14,2002,truck was returned again for same problem. Truck had 34387 miles. The second set had failed after only 12210 miles and Mazda claims it is due to wear and tear. This is a defect either with the parts or the brake system.
