Tire Tread/belt Problems of Mazda B2500

Pe-00-020; original equipment on a 2000, Mazda, B2500 tire size p22570r15. Tires have 12 thousand miles on them, dot number not available. Consumer has noticed left rear tire had developed a hair line crack around the entire tire on the inside and the outside. Consumer tires was inspected.

Pe00-020; after inspecting tires had found out of tread separation. Mazda, B2500, 1999, firestone wilderness ht, p225/70r15, dot w2qu1to78. The customer replaced the tires and declined the $60 that the firestone dealer offered for the two failed tires.

Pe00020; while driving approximately 60 mph rear passenger's side tiretread had separated. Firestone, wilderness ht tires, p225/70r15. Tire was purchased with vehicle. Vehicle is Mazda truck, B2500 1998. Driver's side rear tire is also experiencing splitting. The tire is defective. The tread separated and ripped. There is split on the left rear also.
