Windshield wipers come on spontaneously while driving at all speeds (mph); also steering wheel locked up after windshield wipers eon at speed of 65mph pulling car to right resulting in crash. The airbags on the driver side and the passenger side failed to deploy.
Reported to Mazda, they state that they will do nothing unless insurance company reports it to them. Farm bureau insurance has documented failure but will not report to Mazda. Have pictures and documents available. No safety defect listed in summary.
