One problem related to steering wheel has been reported for the 1999 Mazda B3000. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers come on spontaneously while driving at all speeds (mph); also steering wheel locked up after windshield wipers eon at speed of 65mph pulling car to right resulting in crash. The airbags on the driver side and the passenger side failed to deploy.
