Windshield Wiper/washer problems of the 2000 Mazda B3000

Windshield wipers come on any time and when put on turn signal,passenger airbag light dont come on or work went to dealer when I received recall letter they said they would call me on part it been over a year and the problem gets worse with everything. Took it to another dealer last week they wanted me to pay 76. 00 for them to look at a factory recall that was a diffrent dealer in greenvill nc(brown and ward) was last dealer I took truck last weekthat wanted to charge me.
