One problem related to front seat recliner has been reported for the 2002 Mazda B3000. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I leaned back to get change out of my pocket and drivers seat broke and reclined completely, I was not on the street. I took the truck, (2002 Mazda B3000, 41300 miles) to the dealer "holiday Mazda, fond du lac,WI" and had the part replaced (part # zz99-57-002 description "seat recliner bolt") I am very concerned about this failure, it is obviously a defective part, if I had been on the highway at the time of the failure, I can just imagine the results.
