Frame And Members Problems of Mazda B3000

I have a 99' Mazda b 3000 w/42,000 mi. Was driving the truck home from work,heard a noise from the rear. Checked bed then underneath. Discovered a large crack in the truck's frame below the shock tower,with a lot of rust the truck can no longer be driven.

2011 - rear leaf spring shackles & brackets rot off the frame. Replaced both. The entire area of the frame where the bumper, leaf spring, spare tire and trailer hitch attach is all extremely rotted. The garage where repaired mentioned to keep checking the frame periodically, as it may rot faster than they can estimate.

2008 - rear leaf spring shackle rots off. Replaced both. 2009 - shackle bracket falls off with about 6" of the frame with it. My only option was to personally weld a piece of metal and fabricate a new bracket. The other side will fail soon as well. The entire area of the frame where the bumper, leaf spring, spare tire and trailer hitch attach is almost gone. The weird thing is that the body is sound. The bed is no more than an inch away and looks new.

Frame inspection and tire balancing? damaged my front frame of my pick-up. Bought a michelin tire(s). . .
