Had not experienced any problem with firestone wilderness at tires, size 245/75r16, where consumer believed that there should have been a recall. Firestone is not responsive to email and telephone inquiries. The custmer feels that firestone at east give pro-rata credit for buying another model.

While driving the truck started to make a strange noise coming from the front. I pulled over got out of the vehicle and check the front. What I found was that half the top surface of the tire was gone showing bare metal. The tire still had air in it. This same tire was in excellent condition that same day. ( dot number: tire size: p23575r15 ).

Belt separation discovered and tire relaced prior to shredding. All tires cupped prematurely unrelated to front end problems. And . U hassis( dot number: tire size: 22570r14 ).

Wilderness at ,original equipment on 1998 Mazda B3000 ,tire size p23575r15, and dot w2hl. On both front tires there are cracks developing where the tread meets the sidewall at only 27,000 miles of usage. Firestone wilderness at p235/75/r15.
