Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 1999 Mazda B4000. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at 40 mph vehicle was involved in a collision. The vehicle rolled over several times yet the airbags did not deploy.
Consumer was in a front end angled accident at 45mph, hit the rear passenger's side of the other vehicle, and driver's or passenger's air bags did not deploy. Dealer nas been contacted.
