One problem related to brake disc rotor has been reported for the 2001 Mazda B4000. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
First problem -front brakes making very high pitch squelling @ 2,949 miles. Secend time - again front brakes making high pitch squelling @ 10,172 miles. Third time - this time front brakes sound like they are grinding and brake pedal is pulsating @ 16,410 miles. All problems were fixed by Mazda at no cost to owner.
