Power Steering Pump problems of the 2010 Mazda CX-7

Back in December 2013; I took my Mazda to its sheehy dealer to get my usual oil changes, etc. It was referred by the dealer that I have my steering fluid drained and replaced. I paid for this work to be done; however, problems began to occur with my power steering sometime around April 2014 in which my steering wheel would get so tight while driving that I could barely turn. I took the car back to the dealer in which they now state that I have a bad power steering pump which disallows the vehicle to perform its normal steering. This is a safety hazard in which Mazda only recognizes this issue with its Mazda 3 vehicles, etc. However, the issue of failed power steering pumps on its Mazda vehicles such as the Mazda 3, 6, Cx-7, and cx-9 from year 2010 to present needs to be investigated because I have met others who are now dealing with this same issue which can breach the safety of the owner of that vehicle, other vehicles, and pedestrians in and around the traveling area. Mazda fails to recognize this problem in which I am looking to the federal government to look into this issue. Sincerely, christopher hawthorne.
