Tpms failure. The light constantly keeps going on and off. One of my tires was very low overnight. I went to a gas station to get air, and the valve was missing. Completely off. I have read other reports on the same problem with same make and year. 2008 Mazda 3. This should be recalled.
Tire valve split and entered tire well causing it to go flat while driving at 70mph on highway. Not only did I have to replace the tire valve 115. 00 $ but I had to replace the tire since the little ways that I drove on it to pull over shredded the inside of the tire!!! this is now the second valve that has been replaced, luckily the first was discovered by the mechanic while replacing my tires. The other two seem to be on there way out as well.
At 71,xxx miles 2 out of 4 the tire pressure monitor sensor valve stems have failed. The valve stem caps were oem gray plastic caps. All parts of this system on this car are oem. The valve stems corrode below where the schrader valve seal so the tires goes flat in just a few seconds.
