Other Fuel System Tank Mounting problems of the 2015 Mazda MAZDA3

Tl- the contact owns a 2015 Mazda 3. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds the vehicle would stall with the check engine light illuminating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was brought to the contacts attention that there was a recall on the vehicle. The vehicles fuel tank kit, gasket, nut and retainer were replaced, however the failure recurred. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v621000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 732.
