The contact owns a 2006 Mazda 5. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph, a deer ran in front of the vehicle. The contact applied the brakes to avoid crashing into the deer. The back passenger fell out of the booster seat when this occurred and hit his head on the back head rest of the driver's seat. There were no injuries .
