Equipment problem #1

The car dealershop didn't inform me about this car had 3 recall ,and I need to cancel the contract. I haven't pick up the car yet. If dealer sold me defected car with recall problem,I want to protect myself from fraud.

Tpms / tire valve stem leaked air from tire. This is the second tpms occurrence within last 2 months (from 2 different sensors). Service shop said that it was corroded.

Drivers side floormat retention hole separates after < 5000 miles allowing mat to move forward so that clutch pedal catches on mat. When clutch pedal released it picks up the mat so that next time the clutch is pedal is pressed the mat also catches on the brake pedal causing unexpected braking.
