Suspension problem #1

I have Mazda6 s model 2005 with 30,000 miles I have noticed when ever their is a dip on road my rear tire on the passenger side makes a scraping noise . I have noticed it when I have people sitting at the back the noise is more apparent since there is more load . I had taken it to a Mazda dealership they told me it was the tire and but the tire is the correct size 205/50r17 so why is this occuring .

Front Suspension Control Arm problem #2

The contact owns a 2005 Mazda Mazda6. The contact stated that while attempting to rebuild the suspension with after market parts for the lower control arms, the contact noticed that the retaining nuts included were the incorrect types for the control arm. The contact mentioned that if the incorrect parts were to be installed it would cause a catastrophic failure. The manufacturer of the part was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle mileage was 200,600. . . . . Updated 06/30/15.

Rear Suspension Springs problem #3

The rear suspension of this car is weird, in that it is lower on one side. In my case, the rear right side of my car is lower and the fenders hit my wheel when I hit a dip in the road or have a passenger in the back seat. This is very dangerous because it wears out the tire and could eventually rip it open putting many on the road at risk. It is not the shocks or the springs because I replaced both of those on both sides. I have read of many cases like mine online and would like Mazda to take responsibility for this hazard.
