Tire Sidewall problem #1

The contact owns a 2007 Mazda 6 with a set of bridgestone potenza replacement tires, g019 grid, line size 215/50r17xl95v. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle began to ride roughly on the driver side. She discovered that the rear driver side tire sidewall was fractured and the tire was losing pressure. The contact stated she did not strike any object that would have caused the failure. The dealer advised they were not liable for the tire yet advised the contact to bring the vehicle in for further examination. The contact stated she would have an investigator examine the tires before taking them to the dealer for inspection. The tire mileage was unknown. The failure mileage was 87,891.

Tire Valve problem #2

Three of the original michelin energy mxv4 tires on my 2007 Mazda 6 have failed to maintain proper air pressure. Two of the tires had defective valve stems and the third tire lost air pressure while I was driving on the freeway and needed to be replaced altogether. These three tire incidents all occurred between 5/29/09 and 7/23/09.
