I have a 2007 Mazda 6 and unfortunately recently after I turned on the seat warmer I smelled burning leather. I then felt a burning sensation on my thigh. A red glare was seen under the rest of the seat. I contacted Mazda and was told that its the age of the vehicle, its wear and tear and therefore its customer cost to repair. The associate didn't even bother to look at the damage. He said that he could give me an estimate of how much it would cost for the repairs. Customer pay.
