The front cup holders will fail to hold a drink when the vehicle makes tight turns. The cup holder uses an adjustable lever to hold the cup in place. This lever offers insufficient resistance to hold the cup securely. This failure can lead to drinks falling on the floor which can cause a safety hazard for the driver.
