The driver was pulling inside of the garage and without warning the driver's left tire blew out. The driver was able to change the tire,but noticed that the lug nuts would not come off on their own. The driver changed the tire with a struggle and drove to the dealer. The mechanic informed the driver that the problem could not be duplicated and the vehicle was operating as designed.
