Tl- the contact owns a 2002 Mazda Protege. The contact stated that as she pulled into a parking space, she activated the brake pedal and the vehicle lunged, accelerated and took off up a hill and stopped. The contact had the vehicle towed to a tow yard. Later, the vehicle was driven to the dealer mechanic and was diagnosed that the frame was bent, and the vehicle fuel and brake lines were destroyed. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure mileage was 160,000. Bd.

While driving at normal speed, consumer states' applied brakes at a stop sign when the brake pedal went to the floor, resulting in a rear end collision.
