Wheel Rim problems of the 2001 Mazda Tribute
Two problems related to wheel rim have been reported for the 2001 Mazda Tribute.
Wheel Rim problem
1
Failure Date: 01/28/2004
All four rims cracked, causing air to separate from the wheels. Consumer had vehicle towed to the dealer for analysis, and mechanic determined that the rim were a defectively manufactured. Consumer had to pay for replacement of the rims.
Wheel Rim problem
2
Failure Date: 10/29/2002
Vehicle's rims cracked causing the vehicle to swerve and flatten tire. Dealer notified. Please provide additional information. Ts.
