Power Steering Failed problems of the 2008 Mazda Tribute

Power steering is failing intermittently and without warning. The steering becomes very tight and difficult during an occurrence. Upon turning the engine off and back on the steering is restored. This condition is extremely dangerous as a person without enormous upper body strength would not be able to safely steer the vehicle.
