1997 Mercedes Benz e320, body style 210. Driving approx. 20 mph and heard loud "screeching", followed by a "bang", and observed the left spring and spring perch exit from under the left side of the vehicle at high velocity. Spring perch had obvious evidence of corrosion around the weld points. I brought the vehicle to a stop, and had the vehicle towed, as the body appeared to be resting on the left tire.
