One problem related to automatic transmission control module has been reported for the 1999 Mercedes Benz 320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving in snowy weather and climbing a hill, the electrical traction control system took over and the vehicle accelerated resulting on loss of control of the vehicle and hitting a boulder off the highway. Prior to loss of control, the electronic trouble code light illuminated.
