Brake Electric Antilock Problems of Mercedes Benz 320

While driving at any speed and when depressing the brakes consumer heard a noise coming from the engine. The noise occurred at least 23 times since ownership of the vehicle. Also, transmission caused the vehicle to jerk when the gas pedal was depressed. Dealer examined the vehicle three times.

Consumer was braking and vehicle failed to stop. Vehicle continued to move. Had jumped a curb and hit a home. Mercedes representative checked out vehicle and found nothing wrong with brakes.

While applying brakes to park pedal went to the floor, causing loss of brakes momentarily. Vehicle taken to dealer for diagnostic testing, and informed consumer that nothing could be found. Currently, vehicle is at an independent repair shop to be diagnosed again.

Last week I took my wife's m class in for service at our mb dealer.

Consumer's wife was driving at 20mph and the anti-lock brake system kicked in, and threw the vehicle to the side of the road. The abs brakes sytem were suppose to keep the car straight.
