the consumer took the vehicle to the dealer. It was discovered that when the seat belts were in a locked position, and when the seat belts were repeatedly pulled, it would lock the seat belt permanently. By pulling the seat belt after the inertia wheel locked, the inertia wheel was permanently locked. A local dealership informed the consumer, that once the seat belts are locked they would have to be replaced.
