One problem related to engine has been reported for the 2005 Mercedes Benz C230. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The cam shaft gears have worn out pre-maturely causing the vehicle to just die and not restart leaving my wife stranded. This is a direct cause of a defective part, the gear was not hardened properly.
