We decided to use my car's routine service as a test as it is also under recall. Not only did they want the maintenance fee, but another $3500 for work that I did not accept. I went to another mechanic who said the work absolutely did not need to be done at that time and we both now believe that arrowhead is falsely inflating or directing customers in an attempt to recoup labor costs of fixing a recall.
