Tl- the contact owns a 2007 mercedes-benz C280w4. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number:19v918 however the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer amount of time is considered a safety issue (February 14, 2020) for the recall repair. The dealer (mercedes-benz southampton 575 county rd 39 s, southampton, NY 11968) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was contacted and stated when the parts were to become available. The contact did not experience a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. Tp.
