Tl-the contact owns a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300. Oroginaly equipped with continental tires, tire line: contact ssr, tire size:225/45/18. The contact was driving 30 mph when the sidewall failed on the front passengers tire. The contact had the tire replaced. The contact contacted continental tires about the failure, and informed the contact that they were aware of the failure. The contacted stated that a few months later the front drivers side tire had the same failure. Continental tire was contacted about the second failure but did not replace the tire.
