Two problems related to carrier/rack have been reported for the 2017 Mercedes Benz C300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My windshield cracked the 2nd day I had the vehicle. " sept 2017". I have informed the mb mechanic several times and he did nothing after many failed attempts with mercedes of el cajon I asked to be placed with a new service advisor. Recieved my new windshield in Feb 2018 already having problems. Little cracks are starting to form again. Not happy with my purchase. Definitly not happy with this dealership.
Windshield quality does not meet my expectation. My windshield cracked within a couple months by a piece of rock on the road while driving on freeway.
