1 Body problem of the 2010 Mercedes Benz C350

Failure Date: 06/05/2023

The interior driver door handle failed during normal use. The cable attachment eyelet broke off, preventing the interior door handle from opening the door. This is a safety issue because it prevents occupants from exiting the vehicle quickly during an emergency situation. When this failure occurs, occupants must roll down the window and operate the exterior door handle, or crawl to another seat and exit using different door. The failed interior door handle is available. This failure appears to be a common problem that occurs on all doors.

3 Body problem of the 2013 Mercedes Benz C350

The frame is literally rotting from the inside out. Apparently this is a very common problem with Toyota 4 runners. This should have been recalled and fixed by Toyota like they did with the tacoma and sequoias.

4 Body problem of the 2012 Mercedes Benz C350

Failure Date: 05/03/2021

1. The (rh) rear suspension forward link attach point on the rear suspension cross-member (mercedes-benz p/n: 204-350-01-41), separated from the sub frame due to internal corrosion of the suspension cross-member. Part available for inspection. 2. When part failed, the rh rear wheel alignment was no-longer fixed; some loss of vehicle steering control was experienced, especially during braking and also turning. 3. Numerous reports of similar episodes of this failure are reported in owners' and maintainers' forums. The dealer service department was familiar with this suspension cross-member part failure. 5. This vehicle passed a maryland state safety inspection performed by the seller of the vehicle 6 months and 5000 mi prior to the part failure. 6. Part failed with no warning, during normal driving on secondary roads.

5 Body problem of the 2014 Mercedes Benz C350

Failure Date: 11/11/2020

1. The component that failed was the front stationary sunroof panel, and what failed on it was the adhesive which leads to it leaking water, and the potential of even falling off while driving 2. It could lead to falling off on the highway which could lead to damages to it or other vehicles around it 3. Unknown 4. Yes it was inspected at a nearby dealer ship in which they stated that the glue was failing on that part of the car and would need to be replaced 5. No warnings for this issue, I was only able to notice it because when it rains now if not under cover that part of the car will allow water to leak into the vehicles inside there was a recall campain in which the number is 2021070010 and it included 2014-2020 mercedes c class which my vehicle matches said description but when I have tried to get this issue resolved but my vehicles VIN number was not apart of this recall as it shows across multiple sources.
