Tire Problems of Mercedes Benz CLK320

I bought 2 brand new tires kumho 225/50r16 Dec 24, 2010 from America's tires. On 09/12/10, I was on the fwy and the back right tire tread separated from my rim causing me to sway all across the fwy almost crashing into other cars. When I look took the tire back I was told it was my fault but I know it wasn't. This company is going to kill someone selling these cheap tires!.

Blow out of right rear tire (costco item #758707 bridgestone/firestone re750 245/40r17 ultra high performance) resulting in $2000 worth of vehicle damage. Defective tire remnants sent to bridgestone/firestone. Their inspector denies that the tire failure was a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. I do not believe they have objectively evaluated the tire remains and are attempting to avoid excepting responsibilities for the blowout which would amount to covering my $2000 out of pocket expenses.

Tires on the mercedes Clk320 are not designed to last very long and become "bald" quickly creating dangerous driving conditions. According to the service manger at the mercedes dealership the tires supplied with the car are rated for only 8,000 to at best 11,000 miles. They tires can not handle simply brakes in the road and rip apart very easily. I know of someone else with this car that has experienced the same dangerous conditions.

This vehicle was not even one month old when I began experiencing major problems such as seat broken, side mirror broken, suspension/alignment off, excessive tire wear, rear hydrolic body mounts leaking and defective. Within the first year, I had the vehicle in the shop over 12 times. Mercedes will not settle with me and I continue to have major problems. I filed for the lemon law but has taken over a year and is still not resolved.

The tires experienced excessive tire wear, the vehicle had a front alignment, and the tires were rotated, however the problem recurred.
