One problem related to other fuel system tank filling/charging has been reported for the 2007 Mercedes Benz Clk Class. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
After filling up the gas tank and parking it in the garage it gives off a terrible gas odor which gets more and more strong the longer the car is in the garage. Once the cars fuel tank empties somewhat it seems to not emit the gas odors as much . Shame on mercedes USA for not doing a recall on this hazard. For a company that prides itself on safety. . I have read hundreds on the exact same complaints all over the web.
