The contact owns a 2006 Mercedes Benz Cls55. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal to stop the vehicle, the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard. The contact stated that the brakes had to be pumped in order to slow down and the emergency brake was engaged to stop the vehicle.
