The contact stated that while driving at 45 mph, the tpms warning light illuminated and the tire experienced a blowout of the passenger's side rear tire. The contact stated that the vehicle had been taken to mercedes-benz of stockton located at 10777 trinity pkwy, stockton, CA 95219, (209) 944-5511, for the tire pressure warning light being illuminated. The contact requested that the tires be replaced however, the dealer declined to offer assistance with having the vehicle repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted or notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage on the vehicle was 98,000, and the approximate tire mileage was 2,000. Ah.
