The contact owns a 2014 Mercedes Benz cls-550 (n/a). The contact stated that over a one-month period, all four factory tires failed and needed to be replaced because two of the four tires blew out. The vehicle was towed three times to the dealer. The dealer stated that the tires were low profile so that it would properly fit in the wheel well because of poor design.
