Air condirtioner blower regulator went out. When I called to find out the price of the part, the sales person informed me that they did not make that particular model # for the part that I needed because they were having so many problems with it. They have a new part that they are replacing the old part for. I personally believe that if they are having so much difficulty with that part then they should recall it. I can not believe that the air conditioner does not work in a 5 year old car. Especially a mercedes-benz. This is suppose to be one of the top cars in America. Am I right or wrong? please give me some solid advice as to what I should do. Thank you.
