One problem related to windshield has been reported for the 1997 Mercedes Benz E320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Since the vehicle was purchased in 1997, we have encountered severe window hazing during raining condition. Numerous remedies by Mercedes Benz have not worked nor has th NHTSA replied to numerous letters. This is an apparent nationwide problem with mercedes creating severe visability problems in rainey weather. Potential for serous injury is major due to inability to properly see the road. Please help.
