One problem related to door has been reported for the 1998 Mercedes Benz E320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rear left door opened on impact. The car was hit mostly on the driver's door towards the center column and the rear door opened. My 5-year-old son was sitting next to that door and could have been ejected from the car.
