One problem related to door latch has been reported for the 2006 Mercedes Benz E320. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
No child safety locks for the rear seats. The child is able to open the door while the car is at speed. The doors do lock automatically at 9 mph but you can open the door by pulling the lock up then pulling the door handle open.
